Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time as well as other information contained in the website and shown on your vouchers.

Reception of confirmation / voucher

All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking in order that he receives the confirmation or voucher of the product booked. We cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if the customer doesn't receive or read carefully his confirmation.

Modifications/Amendments:

All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to mytransfer.gr Customer Service Department who will implement the request.

Hire price

We guarantee that the price will remain the same as quoted at the time of reservation as long as no alterations have been made to the itinerary after the reservation has been made. Any alterations made to the journey itinerary after the reservation has been made will be charged accordingly.

Prices

All Prices are quoted in "€" Euro and are per vehicle and not per person, unless otherwise specified. 23% VAT is included in the price. Quotations are based on the duties outlined by clients and our estimated time to leave from our base, complete the services and return to base. Extra journeys or duties requested by clients on the day, where possible, will be charged at the hourly rate.

Any costs incurred on the journey such as parking costs and toll costs are included in the price of the service.

Our prices do not include: meals, gratuities, unless otherwise specified.

Payment

We ask that you pay a deposit when you make your booking, and rest of payment locally to the driver. You will be asked to provide us with credit card details (kind of card, holder's name as it appears on the card, number of card and expiration date) as a guarantee for the services being booked.

Cancellation policy

7 days prior to arrival no cancelation fee is required, less than 7 days a cancelation fee equal to the deposit given at the time of reservation/confirmation.

Delays - Transfers

The driver will wait for up to one hour after the arranged pick up time at no extra charge. If however the flight / train / ship arrival time is amended due to delays following the chauffeur's arrival at the airport / train station / port, then additional waiting time will be charged at our basic hourly rate from the current tariff. If, as a result of extreme delays the chauffeur is required to return to the airport / train station / port in order to collect the client, then this will be at the convenience of Mytransfer.gr. Mytransfer.gr is obliged to carry out other pre-booked reservations, and cannot cause delays and inconvenience to other clients as a result of flight / train / ship delays. To ensure that a vehicle is available for your late arrival please inform our office (+30 210 6620396) as soon as you are aware of any delay to your arrival time. If, upon arrival at the airport, you can't find your driver please contact immediately.

Airport Tranfers - Non shows

If following a reservation the client fails to arrive on the flight detailed at the time of reservation then the chauffeur shall wait for a maximum of 3 hours starting from the flight's expected arrival time. An extra charge will be incurred for the additional two hours. This will be charged at our basic hourly rate of the current tariff. If after this time the client fails to arrive, NO REFUND will be issued.

Insurance

The vehicles/drivers of Mytransfer.gr are fully insured.

Route

The route taken is at the driver's discretion. The driver will take the best possible route and in the event of heavy traffic congestion, he/she will amend the route if necessary and endeavour to deliver passengers to their destination on time. For destinations over 4 hours is at the driver’s discretion for how many stops for resting he/she will do. MyTransfer.gr does not accept responsibility for any delays or missed appointments/travel arrangements. Always allow plenty of time for your journey.

Speed

The driver will always drive at a reasonable speed.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

Alcohol & Food

The consumption of alcohol and food is forbidden in all of our vehicles.

Dogs

Dogs and cats are allowed in our vehicles but must be declared at the time of reservation and must be carried in appropriate cages. Exceptions are made for guide dogs.

Children

Mytransfer.gr provides free of charge child car seats. The parent/carer is responsible for the safety of the child at all times. (Client must specify the age of baby).

Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with an aspect of your journey or a member of our staff please call us immediately at the time of the incident. You will also be required to put your complaint in writing and send it by e-mail to: info@autounion.gr detailing the date and time of the complaint, the driver's details and the nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to rectify these matters immediately but may take further action if necessary.

Disorderly behavior

Mytransfer.gr reserves the right to refuse travel to any person deemed to be a nuisance or danger to the driver. In these circumstances no refund will be issued and no compensation will be paid.

Illegal material

The carrying or use of any illegal drugs or weapons in our vehicles is forbidden.

Responsibility

Mytransfer.gr does not accept responsibility for the following: delays due to adverse weather conditions; theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicles; delays caused by road traffic accidents; other traffic conditions or acts of God; any passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk.

Vehicles

Mytransfer.gr aims to provide clients with the vehicle group booked all times. However we reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle if such vehicles are not available.

Public Holidays & Night service

Excess charges will be incurred for any journey made on a public or bank holiday or during the night (2100-0800). If the date of travel falls on one of these dates please make this known to our staff whilst making the reservation and the tariff will be amended accordingly.

Damages

If any of our vehicles are damaged or soiled as a result of passengers' actions, we will charge the client named on the contract fully for the amount to rectify the vehicle and for time lost whilst the vehicle was taken out of the fleet.
